RangeWater Real Estate hires property-management veteran Goldie Bartlett

by John Yellig

Atlanta-based rental housing company RangeWater Real Estate continues its strategic expansion, bringing on former Wood Partners Senior Vice President Goldie Bartlett as its new senior managing director of property management for the Southeast.

In her new role, Bartlett will oversee and support all aspects of property operations in the company’s Southeast region, including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.

“We are delighted to welcome Goldie to our property management leadership team,” Rangewater Executive Managing Director of Property Management Sherry Freitas said in an announcement. “As our footprint continues to expand across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, Goldie’s experience and expertise will play an instrumental role in improving operational efficiency and streamlining processes across our platform.”

Bartlett served for 12 years at Wood Partners, an Atlanta apartment landlord, and was a founding member of the firm’s management division, which currently oversees more than 25,000 units. Before Wood Partners, Bartlett served in property management for two other landlords well-known in Atlanta: Greystar Real Estate Services and Camden Property Trust.

“I look forward to collaborating with the leadership team to expand quality and consistency in operations,” Bartlett said. “A focus on continually improving our processes will help to empower our high-performing teams to execute operations with industry-leading results, contributing to the company’s continued swift and strategic growth.”
