Build-to-rent contractor Jim Chapman Construction Group promoted Senior Production Manager Chris Mancuso to the role of vice president. 

Mancuso, who is a licensed Realtor, joined Jim Chapman in 2020 as production manager before his promotion to his most-recent role. Before joining the company, Mancuso worked with a national homebuilder, first as lead purchasing supervisor, then field superintendent and, finally, builder. He’s also worked in the commercial contracting field in Atlanta. 

“Chris has demonstrated remarkable competence by coordinating build-to-rent construction projects from initial site fit assessments to vertical completion in a remarkable 13 communities, resulting in an impressive 2,500 units,” President Jim Chapman said in a press release. 

Mancuso has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Georgia Southern University. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife and two daughters.
