A pair of Atlanta-based real estate companies have formed a strategic partnership to develop more than 2,300 single-family build-to-rent homes in the Southeast over the next two years.

TWO Capital Partners, a real estate investment and development firm, and RAM Partners, a property-management company, will develop more than 12 communities under TWO Capital’s Tessa brand, beginning with Tessa Barrow Crossing in Winder, which is already welcoming residents.

“TWO Capital Partners has strategically acquired development sites close to major thoroughfares, providing convenient access to interstates and key employment centers for our Tessa single-family rental communities,” Co-Founder and Managing Partner Ralph Wilson III said in a press release. “By partnering with RAM Partners, we offer our residents first-rate, maintenance-free living with resort-level amenities and services. It’s a perfect match for our brand and our residents.”

Located at 116 Dolcetto Dr., Tessa Barrow Crossing has 235 townhomes, each offering luxury finishes, Latch Smart Home technology, private garages and outdoor spaces. The community also includes a pet park and dog spa, sparkling pool, co-working space, fitness center and greenspace with outdoor gathering places.

“As longstanding partners with TWO Capital, our collaboration has been instrumental in developing the exceptional amenity set for Tessa communities and establishing a resident-first culture for our guests,” RAM Partners Executive Vice President and Managing Partner Brenda Lindner said. “We are thrilled to serve the build-to-rent demographic, many of whom are our former apartment renters ready for the next stage of their lives.”
