Traton Homes has launched home sales in Avenbrook, a new community with 79 single-family homes in south Cobb County.  

Priced from the $400,000s, the houses will span 1,992 to 3,079 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms, nine-foot ceilings, Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances and vinyl plank flooring. Community amenities include a pool and a cabana.
