Parkland Communities sold two Gwinnett County open-space conservation developments with a combined 210 lots to Taylor Morrison for $9.45 million.

Windance Lake, which is located on Beaver Road in Loganville, has 111 single-family home lots spread across 50.87 acres, 12.8 of which are set aside as conservation space with a fishing lake, streams, forested areas and open green space. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, playground and walking trails.

Bennett Farm, located at the intersection of Hoke O’Kelly Mill Road and Loganville Highway in Grayson, has 99 lots on 36.88 acres. The master-planned community’s amenities include a cabana, pool, playground and playfield.

“This sale represents more than a transaction; it’s about creating more new homes to meet the critical need for quality housing in metro Atlanta,” Parkland President Jim Jacobi said in a press release. “These transactions also allow us to redirect our resources towards our new build-to-rent communities coming soon.”
