David Weekley Homes is set to launch construction of 69 new homes in the Havencroft community in Woodstock.  

Starting prices for homes in Havencroft will be in the high $600,000s, and sales are expected to open on March 30. 

The builder is hosting an event to showcase the community on March 9. Attendees who register as VIPs will be able to participate in presales and pick their home sites.  

The community is zoned for Little River Elementary, Mill Creek Middle and River Ridge High schools.
