Jim Chapman Construction Group has finished work on The Cottages at Fox Run, a 252-home community in Brunswick.

Once stagnant due to the Great Recession, the 52-acre site now offers 60 for-sale and 192 rental homes. Horizontal construction began in October 2021, followed by vertical construction in March 2022. Leasing started in July 2022, with the project wrapping up in December 2023.

The community offers a range of RanchCottagesForRent, attached townhomes with five floor plans covering 1,020 to 1,466 square feet. Each unit has LVT flooring, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and one- or two-car garages.

The gated community also has a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse with leasing and management offices, a swimming pool, fitness center, sidewalks and streetlights.

“The Cottages at Fox Run project is a testament to our commitment to revitalizing communities,” President Jim Chapman said in a news release. “Transforming this property that was a victim of the Great Recession into a thriving, desirable living space aligns perfectly with our mission.”
