Toll Brothers Inc. will launch sales at its new CrossCreek community in Cumming later this spring. 

The Forsyth County project will have 53 two-story, single-family homes in five floor plans encompassing 3,333 to over 3,812 square feet. The estate-sized home designs will feature two-story great rooms, flexible floor plans and indoor/outdoor living options. Prices will begin at $1 million. 

Located at 2414 Old Atlanta Rd., the community has quick access to Routes 9, 20, 141 and 400/19.
