Fischer Homes has broken ground on Easton Park, a new 55-plus community in Dallas.

The 88 ranch-style homes are priced from the low $400,000s and come from the builder’s Designer Collection, which includes six floor plans: Amelia, Camden, Edenton, Maxwell, Morgan and Wilmington. All of them offer two to four bedrooms and up to three full baths.

Fischer updated the Camden and Morgan plans to include large, outdoor gathering spaces. The Camden starts at $435,990 and includes an expansive, centralized family room, kitchen and outdoor-living space, while the Morgan, priced from $431,990, offers a wide foyer, large outdoor space and courtyard-entry garage.

Grand Communities is developing the project, which will include private-street entry and a clubhouse. A homeowner’s association will provide exterior maintenance.

“Easton Park joins our lineup of active-adult communities in Dallas,” said Josh Brockman, division manager for Fischer Homes’ Atlanta division. “Both Laurel Farms and Poplar Place have been well-received by homebuyers, and we expect Easton Park to get a warm welcome too.”

Easton Park is in the East Paulding County School District.
