Fischer Homes has opened sales at Villas at Gold Creek, the homebuilder’s first community in Dawsonville.
The residences are all paired-patio homes, which comprise two units with separate entrances and private, two-car garages. Two floorplans are available: the two-story Hudson and the single-story Wembley. Sizes range from 1,657 to 2,195 square feet, with pricing from the $310,000s to the $380,000s.
Villas at Gold Creek is being built in the established Gold Creek neighborhood, which was developed by Gold Creek Development. Exterior maintenance is included with the HOA. The community is in the Dawson County School District and zoned for Robinson Elementary, the new Dawson County Middle School and Dawson County High School.
