Texas homebuilder UnionMain Homes has started selling at its second Atlanta-area community, Echo Park in Suwanee.
The development will offer condominiums and townhomes priced from $422,000. Community amenities will include a playground, greenspace, paved walking paths and “nearby pool access,” UnionMain said.
The developer is already selling single-family homes at Maddox Landing in Hoschton. UnionMain has one more Atlanta community currently in the works and plans further expansion in the metro in coming years.
“[Attached] housing plays a crucial role in addressing housing shortages while supporting economic mobility in growing metropolitan areas like Atlanta,” UnionMain Tim Gehan said in a press release. “By leveraging our expertise and proven success in Texas, we’re eager to bring thoughtfully designed, high-quality communities to Atlanta.”
