RangeWater Real Estate opened Camino at BuHi in Doraville, it’s 26th Georgia multifamily community, which will bring 303 apartments and townhomes to the Buford Highway Corridor.
Camino was built with North America Sekisui House and through a partnership with the city of Doraville. As part of the project, RangeWater is installing a new section of the Peachtree Creek Greenway trail along Stewart Road. It’s the fourth project for RangeWater’s recently launched in-house construction company.
Located at the intersection of Buford Highway and Jess Norman Way at 3712 Stewart Road, the community offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes spanning 474 to 1,411 square feet.
Unit features include quartz countertops, vinyl-tile flooring, stainless-steel appliances and smart-home technology. Community amenities include a resort-style pool courtyard, grilling station, fitness center, rooftop lounge, private speakeasy, dog park and spa and co-working offices.
“Camino at BuHi represents the kind of intentional, community-focused development we strive for at RangeWater,” said Rob Sucher, RangeWater’s managing director of development. “Our partnership with the city of Doraville has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life, reflecting the vibrant character of Buford Highway while delivering high-quality housing and meaningful connectivity.”
