Kolter Homes opened sales at phase two of its Cresswind at Spring Haven active-adult community in Newnan.
The new phase consists of 97 lots, including homesites that Kolter says offer more privacy than previous phases.
At full buildout, the master-planned development will have 700 two- to five-bedroom homes spanning 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet. The single-family homes will be available in 12 floor plans, with prices running from the mid-$300,000s to the $800,000s. So far, 150 homes have sold.
Community amenities will include pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool with a sundeck and sun shelves and an event lawn. There will also be two community lakes, a full-time lifestyle director and the Club Cresswind clubhouse, which recently broke ground and is expected to open early next year with a fitness center, lounge, game rooms and arts-and-crafts studio.
“We are excited to begin phase two and offer prospective buyers more choice home sites at Cresswind at Spring Haven,” community director Andrew Hitch said in a press release. “This community offers the very best in amenities and accessible living.”
