Atlanta Urban Development opened submissions for candidates to redevelop the former Peeples Street Elementary School.
The collaboration between AUD, the City of Atlanta and Atlanta Public Schools seeks to transform the 5.8-acre property into a mixed-income residential community. AUD plans to offer rental units and homeownership opportunities at the site in Atlanta’s Historic West End.
In an online request for qualifications, AUD welcomed applications from “qualified respondents demonstrating the technical and financial capacity.”
