Toll Brothers announced the launch of Ledgestone, a luxury community of single-family homes with resort-style amenities coming soon to Lawrenceville.

Home designs will feature five bedrooms, four to 5.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. Homebuyers will have the option to add flex rooms, patios and basements and choose their design finishes through the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Alpharetta.

Prices will start at $1 million with sales beginning in early 2026.
