David Weekley Homes will begin sales later this month in Canton at its first Atlanta-area community aimed at first-time homebuyers, Grandview Terrace.

The development will comprise 124 two-story townhomes priced from the low $400,000s. Each open-concept unit will have three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, upstairs utility rooms and two-car garages.

Grandview will be David Weekley’s fourth community in Cherokee County after Havencroft and Maple Grove at Towne Lake in Woodstock and Crescent Pointe at Great Sky in Canton.

“While the first-time homebuyer is often addressed in our other 18 markets, Grandview Terrace will be one of the first intentional communities we’ve launched in Atlanta that’s targeted directly at aspiring homeowners,” Atlanta Division President Adam Cornett said.

“As a company devoted to ‘Building Dreams, Enhancing Lives,’ our sales, design, build, and warranty teams look forward to building relationships with these first-time homebuyers, crafting a beautiful home they will love for years to come and having them grow with us into their next home and the home after that.”
