The new 630-unit AMLI Brookhaven apartment community has started leasing, marking the opening of the national landlord’s 15th Atlanta-area community. 

AMLI’s latest development is located inside the Perimeter near the intersection of I-285 and GA-400 and offers residences starting at $1,925 for a one bedroom. 

The community offers a 20,000-square-foot retail component, resort-style pool, three fitness centers, coworking and conference rooms, entertainment areas, five acres of preserved greenspace and two miles of walking trails.
