Texas-based homebuilder UnionMain Homes recently opened the Pickens Bluff community in Hiram.
The development has 39 lots for single-family homes, with prices starting in the low $500,000s. A 2,677-square-foot model home built from UnionMain’s Glynn floor plan is available for tours.
Hiram is 25 miles northwest of Atlanta and within 10 miles of other exurbs like Dallas, Powder Springs and Douglasville. Pickens Bluff is zoned to Paulding County’s McGarity Elementary School, P.B. Ritch Middle School and East Paulding High School.
