ARK Homes For Rent has started leasing at The Station at Kentmere, 149-townhome community in Auburn.
Each unit has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an attached garage. Community amenities include a pool, sundeck, walking trails, clubhouse, grill area and fitness center.
Monthly rent starts at $2,125.
The Station at Kentmere will be the latest addition to ARK’s Georgia portfolio. The build-to-rent company recently opened Waterside at Rice Hope, a 103-unit single-family rental community near Savannah and Walker Point, a 237-unit development in Brunswick.
