A new condo community in Dawsonville offers panoramic views of a motor sports racetrack. The condos will be set directly on an F1-inspired road course inside Atlanta Motorsports Park.

Often used as an event venue, the park also features a kart racing circuit and motor sports training facilities along with a host of luxury amenities for club members.

The condos will feature three-story designs with two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom interiors. Each dwelling will feature a ground floor two-car garage with a glass door. Optional car lifts would make space for up to four cars. Private balconies with sliding glass doors provide views of the track.

Builders tout the short-term rental potential of the condos.

Motor Club Circuit is not the park’s first on-site community. The sold-out Trackside Condos offered home-ownership opportunities starting at $341,999.
