Mill Creek Residential began preleasing at its new 373-apartment midrise community, Modera Westside Trail. The development, located at 576 Northside Drive NW will start welcoming residents to its mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes in October.

Amenities include a pool, lounge with bar and outdoor deck, outdoor courtyards with fire pits and grilling areas, spa, dog park, pet spa, fitness center and skyline views.

Additionally, the community, developed by Mill Creek, will offer access to self-serve digital package lockers, garage parking, electric-vehicle charging stations and loaner bikes.
