Stanley Martin Homes is set to open Darlington, a new community in Loganville that will bring 150 townhomes and 15 single-family homes to market.

Construction is already underway, and work on the single-family homes is expected to be finished by Oct. 25.

The development will feature the Kirkwood townhome model and Melisse single-family model. Pricing will start in the upper $300,000s for townhomes and the low $400,000s for single-family homes.

Located at 3410 Lake Carlton Road, community amenities will include a pool, cabana, playground and green space.
