Construction has officially begun on REV3 at Avondale East, a development bringing 46 townhomes to Decatur. Developers Pinnacle Partners and Trilogy Investment Company are collaborating on the project.

Located on Redan Road, REV3 will feature townhomes with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and attached garages. Community amenities will include a dog park and walking trails surrounding a pond.
