Home builder Epcon opened a model home at The Courtyards at Post Road, a forthcoming age-restricted community in Cumming.

The Courtyards will feature 28 single-story homes priced in the mid-$600,000s. The model home showcases one of three available floor plans.

Amenities will include a dog park, pavilion, fire pit and access to greenway trails.

The development marks Epcon’s fourth foray into the Atlanta market.
