Skyline Apartments, a new multifamily development from Exact Capital and Aleem Construction, will bring over 200 affordable apartments reserved for Atlantans earning at or below 60% of the area median income. The $94 million project provides an affordable option in Atlanta’s Peoplestown neighborhood on the iconic Beltline.

Skyline features a blend of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities at the community include a health care center, fitness facility, community room, dog wash station, meeting spaces, secure gated entry and covered parking.

The joint development effort is supported by investors including Invest Atlanta, Goldman Sachs, Stonehenge, LISC and Walker & Dunlop.
