Greystar opened a new Summerwell-branded build-to-rent community in Acworth called Summerwell Cedarcrest.

The neighborhood features 127 rental homes that come in three floor plans: four-bedroom designs with either 2.5 or three bathrooms and five-bedroom designs with three bathrooms.

All homes are pet-friendly and each comes with a backyard, attached two-car garage and two-car driveway. Select homes also have unfinished basements.
