Parkland Residential began vertical construction on the Sugarloaf Crest build-to-rent townhome community in Lawrenceville. The first of the neighborhood’s 67 homes will be completed by April 2026.
The rear-entry stacked townhomes will come in two- or three-bedroom floor plans with two-and-a-half bathrooms and one-car garages.
Located at 3535 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville, Sugarloaf Crest is walkable to Richards Middle School and Cedar Hill Elementary School.
“Breaking ground on the first building at Sugarloaf Crest marks an exciting step forward for our team,” said Parkland Residential President Jim Jacobi in a press release. “With support from Great Southern Bank, we’re bringing another high-quality build-to-rent community to Gwinnett County that delivers the space, convenience and flexibility today’s renters want. We’re proud to keep advancing innovative housing options that meet the needs of metro Atlanta’s growing population.”
