Dogwood Landing will add 58 build-to-rent townhomes to the Hapeville market by August 2026. Homebuilder Center Park Group recently commenced vertical construction on the project from developer Norhaven Partners.

Once completed, neighborhood operator Maymont Homes will manage the community at 3335 Dogwood Drive.

Dogwood Landing’s two- and three-bedroom townhomes will feature flexible layouts with 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms and attached one- or two-car garages.

“Hapeville is a dynamic and fast-growing area, and our partnership with Norhaven and Maymont gives us an opportunity to assist in bringing some meaningful housing options where they are needed most,”Center Park CEO and Managing Member Jason Esposito said. “This community aligns with our vision of building durable, modern homes in locations that offer long-term value to both investors and future residents.”

we dnt need renters we need buyers and a grocery store. The rent better not bring more drug addicts into out community either. We need more developers who can build up a town! These cheap homes for a quick buck are not it.
