Wrenley, Thompson Thrift’s latest multifamily development, will add over 200 apartments to the Atlanta suburb of Newnan.
The recently announced 28.6-acre community will span six buildings and feature 214 apartments with One-, two- and three-bedroom layouts averaging 1,000 square feet. Units will have outdoor access with patios, balconies and private yards.
Thompson Thrift’s planned slate of amenities for the community includes a fitness center, firepit, pickleball court, dog park, business center and pool with a waterfall feature. Wrenley’s first residents are expected to move in by April 2027, with construction wrapping up in early 2028.
“Coweta County’s entitlement process is grounded in thoughtful planning and community priorities, and we’re honored that our collaborative approach earned the trust and support needed to move this development forward,” Thompson Thrift Residential Managing Partner Josh Purvis said in a press release. “We are excited for Wrenley to deliver high-quality, luxury housing that supports the continued growth and momentum of the Newnan community.”
