Kolter Homes opened a new phase at its 55-plus master-planned community, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. 

The new phase will bring 48 homesites on a pair of cul-de-sacs to market. Cresswind will have 1,300 homes at full buildout; 75 are currently under construction, and fewer than 450 units remain available for purchase. 

The new homes will be available in Kolter Homes’ Pear and Poplar floor plans, as well as from the Arbor collection, which includes the Almond, Aspen and Ash plans.  

“This latest phase reflects the continued demand we’re seeing for both the lifestyle and the setting at Cresswind at Twin Lakes,” said Jennifer Landers, community director at Cresswind at Twin Lakes. “Our cul-de-sac homesites are consistently among the first to be selected, and this release gives buyers a rare opportunity to secure one of those premium locations within an established and highly active 55-plus community.” 

Community amenities include Club Cresswind, which offers an indoor pool, arts and crafts studio and SmartFIT Training Center. There is also a pickleball complex with 33 courts, a resort-style pool, community garden, lifestyle director and walking trails.
