Century Communities recently opened sales at two new Atlanta-metro communities: Magnolia Square in Austell and Walker Grove in McDonough.
Walker Grove, located at 603 Walker Drive, has single-family homes priced from the mid-$400,000s. The two-story homes come with three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to three bathrooms and encompass up to 3,012 square feet.
Homes have brick exteriors on three of four sides and offer open kitchens, linear fireplaces and 36-inch kitchen cabinets. Community amenities include a pool, cabana, firepit and grilling area, playground, walking trails and dog park.
Magnolia Square, which is located at 1217 Farmers Loop Road, offers townhomes priced from the upper $300,000s. Units come with three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to three bathrooms and encompass up to 2,234 square feet. The townhouses have open-concept layouts, private outdoor spaces and smart-home technology.
“As a Cobb County resident myself, I’m excited to see Magnolia Square bring modern townhome living to a connected, walkable Austell location,” said Atlanta Division President Tom Bowers. “We’re also excited to continue growth in Henry County with beautiful single-family homes at Walker Grove, offering another strong new construction option to residents in McDonough.”
