Taylor Morrison recently opened a model home and began selling at its newest Atlanta-area community, Dreycott Townhomes in Lawrenceville. 

The community offers over 100 three-story townhomes ranging from 1,893 to 2,340 square feet with three or four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two-car garages. Prices start in the high $300,000s. All homes have open-concept layouts, private guest suites and outdoor decks. 

Dreycott Townhomes is part of the Dreycott community, which also features single-family homes. Shared community amenities will include a swimming pool, cabana, two pickleball courts, a dog park and nature play space with a monarch butterfly garden certified by the National Wildlife Federation. 

Located off Old Peachtree Road, the community is zoned to Gwinnett County’s Mountain View High School District. 

Dreycott Townhomes is one of eight communities Taylor Morrison plans to open in the Atlanta metro in the first half of this year.
