Toll Brothers recently opened the second phase of its Emberley community in Alpharetta, which will offer luxury townhomes from its Mariposa Collection.  

The builder began selling 14 single-family homes from its Monarch Collection there last year. Mariposa’s 26 townhomes are priced from the upper $700,000s.
