Leasing is underway at Alina Atlanta, the residential portion of 1072 West Peachtree, the tallest building to make its mark on the Atlanta skyline since the Bank of America Plaza in 1992.

The 60-story tower is being built by Rockefeller Group and includes class A office space and ground-floor retail. Development started in 2023 and is scheduled for completion this summer.

Alina offers a mix of floor plans: Studios (85), one-bedrooms (176), two-bedrooms (77), three-bedrooms (4) and penthouses (15). According to the Rockefeller Group, apartment amenities include private parking, keyless entry, custom closet shelving, quartz countertops and designer backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, wine refrigerators and custom cabinetry.

“After nearly three years of meticulously bringing this landmark mixed-use tower to life, we look forward to welcoming residents into their new homes at Alina, where every detail, from curated luxury interiors to nearly an acre of premium amenities, has been thoughtfully designed to deliver an unparalleled urban living experience,” said John Petricola, senior managing director of the Southeast region at Rockefeller Group. “Alina offers a fully integrated community with features found nowhere else in Midtown, including the city’s largest outdoor deck and a host of wellness and lifestyle-focused amenities, which set a new benchmark for residential excellence in the region.”

Community amenities include an athletic club with locker rooms, private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, recovery spaces, an indoor yoga and Pilates studio, private training studio, and outdoor Pickleball court with Midtown views. It also has a clubroom with a fireplace lounge, billiards, shuffleboard, entertaining kitchen, golf simulator, indoor/outdoor porch lounge, dog run and, according to backers, the city’s largest outdoor deck.

Bozzuto is leading leasing efforts.

“Alina is the kind of building Midtown Atlanta has been ready for, and we are excited to support Rockefeller Group in bringing this exceptional community to life,” said Keri Walker Pfeifer, managing director of Bozzuto. “Our focus is on delivering a thoughtful, service-driven management experience that reflects the quality and intention behind the building itself. As leasing begins, our team looks forward to welcoming residents and fostering a community defined by attentive service and an elevated everyday living experience.
