The Providence Group launches Summer Tour Realtor Challenge across metro Atlanta featuring a chance to win a Louis Vuitton

(NYSE: GRBK) and the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, is inviting real estate agents, Realtors and brokers across metro Atlanta to hit the road this summer for an exclusive opportunity to discover some of the region’s most sought-after communities while competing for one of luxury fashion’s most coveted accessories — a Louis Vuitton.

The homebuilder has launched its inaugural Summer Tour for Louis, a summer-long Realtor engagement campaign designed to showcase more than a dozen communities spanning six of metro Atlanta’s most desirable markets. Running from June 1 through Sept. 7, the program encourages agents to explore TPG communities, experience model homes and amenities firsthand, connect with onsite sales teams and earn entries for a chance to win a Louis Vuitton gift card. The winning Realtor’s qualifying broker will also receive a luxury Louis Vuitton prize, making the experience a celebration of partnerships that help homebuyers find the right home and community.

Participating communities include Aberdeen in Hoschton, Waterside in Peachtree Corners, Ward’s Crossing in Johns Creek, Waterhaven in Cumming, Brookside Reserve, Byers Park, IveyBrooke and Park Walke in Alpharetta, as well as Millcroft in Buford and several communities within Sawnee Village in Cumming, including Market Square, Palisades and Promenade. Together, the communities represent a diverse collection of lifestyle offerings ranging from active-adult living and luxury townhomes to walkable mixed-use environments and resort-style master-planned neighborhoods.

Agents can begin their journey to win by picking up a Summer Tour Passport at any participating Providence Group community. Throughout the summer, participants collect stamps as they tour communities and learn about available homes, floorplans and lifestyle offerings. Completing the passport earns an entry into the grand prize drawing, while contracts written and homes that close during the promotional period provide opportunities for additional entries. Participants may also utilize an optional mobile app to track progress throughout the tour.

The tour highlights many of the qualities that have made The Providence Group one of Atlanta’s most recognized homebuilders, including thoughtfully designed floorplans, innovative architecture, desirable locations and amenity-rich neighborhoods. Real estate agents will experience everything from luxury townhomes within walking distance of downtown Alpharetta and Johns Creek destinations to lake-oriented living in Cumming, active-adult communities, resort-style amenities and opportunities in some of the region’s fastest-growing suburban markets.

The Summer Tour concludes Sept. 7, with a live drawing scheduled for Sept. 24. One winning entry will be selected at random, with the grand prize winner taking home a Louis Vuitton gift card and the winning broker also receiving a Louis Vuitton luxury prize package.
