Trilogy Investment Company is close to starting vertical construction of its latest build-to-rent community, REV3 at Stars Way in Emerson, after securing a construction loan. 

The 122 build-to-rent townhomes will offer one-car garages and open-concept floor plans. The first homes are expected to be delivered in late 2026. 

REV3 Homes, a division of Trilogy Investment, will serve as the builder for the project, which is located northwest of Atlanta along the I-75 corridor. The suburban region’s population has grown significantly in recent years thanks to expanding industrial and logistics developments, Trilogy noted. 

“Closing the construction loan for REV3 at Stars Way marks an important step forward for the project and our continued growth across the Southeast,” said Trilogy CEO and Managing Partner Jason Joseph. “Bartow County continues to benefit from strong population and employment growth, creating sustained demand for high-quality housing options. We believe the community is well positioned to meet that demand while providing residents with the convenience, flexibility and accessibility they are seeking.”
