Hillpointe recently hosted the grand opening of Pointe Grand Covington, a 216-unit apartment community in Covington.
Located at 8000 Revolution Way, the garden-style development expands the supply of “attainable” housing in metro Atlanta, the residential developer said in a release.
Pointe Grand offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes with modern finishes, smart home technology and in-unit full-size washers and dryers, digital keyless entry and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball court, EV charging stations and a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
