Toll Brothers has begun site work on a new master-planned community in Cumming called Cloverhill at Cumming City Center.  

The community is located 519 Canton Road. Via Toll Brothers.

The development, which will offer a mix of townhomes and single-family residences, is located at 519 Canton Road and is within walking distance of Cumming City Center. Sales are expected to begin in spring 2027. 

Homes in the community come in three of Toll Brothers’ home collections: The Alder Collection — 1,900-square-foot townhomes priced from the mid-$500,000s; The Juniper Collection — 2,633-square-foot townhomes priced from the mid-$600,000s; and The Wildflower Collection — 2,319-square-foot detached single-family homes priced from the upper-$600,000s.
