As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging, Krisztina Bell has been recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association for being among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. “We are celebrating 20 years of staging vacant homes in Atlanta and excited to see agents and sellers truly seeing the value in staging a home to sell for top dollar in today’s market,” Bell says.
Her company’s work, along with her expert real estate marketing advice, has been showcased in Realtor Magazine, Apartment Therapy, and Trulia, among others. She is a featured blog writer for the National Association of Realtors and has recently appeared on Fox5 GoodDay Atlanta.
“We strive to make the home staging experience seamless. Our clients can contact us, get a staging quote, sign a contract, fill out an ‘under contract’ notice and download recommended home staging paint colors all within seconds online.”
Bell enjoys educating agents about marketing a home to sell through her monthly Home Staging & Paint continuing education classes. She also teaches designers and aspiring stagers the business of home staging through Emory University’s continuing education program. “Making connections through these classes has established us as the ‘vacant home staging experts,’” she notes.
Bells’ company plays a role on the business development committee for the Atlanta nonprofit, Furnish With Love LLC, with whom she has an exclusive partnership. She raises money every year to decorate a home for a family coming out of homelessness and encourages business owners to enjoy the rewards of giving back to their community.
Bell’s plans for the future include conducting collaborative marketing webinars, luncheons and pop-up events with her staging peers and home industry vendors, including California Closets, Sherwin-Williams and the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center. “I believe in collaborating to allow for growth, innovation and the building of long-term relationships,” Bell shares.
