The first 40 of 90 homes going up in Settingdown Farms, a master-planned community in Cumming, are available for purchase.  

The David Weekley Homes community will offer seven floor plans. A model home, built with the Emilia floorplan and outfitted by Kathy Andrews Interiors, is available for tours. Community amenities will include a pool, cabana and walking trails.
