Atlanta real estate agents were well represented in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ annual Top 250 Latino Agents Report, with 17 honorees.
The report, which ranks agents by transaction sides, shows that Latino agents were able to grow their business by 15% in 2024 despite a slowing market, which saw existing-home sales fall to a 30-year low across the country.
“As a broker and business owner, I understand the grit and determination it takes to succeed in today’s market,” NAHREP National President Oralia Herrera said. “These agents are not just navigating a difficult landscape; they are leading it. Their ability to grow while others fall behind shows how Latino professionals are reshaping the business of real estate in this country.”
The highest-ranking Latino originator from Atlanta was Naiverh Carolina Castelao of Virtual Properties Realty.com in Duluth. She closed 149 transactions, representing a sales volume of $55 million, ranking her 8th among all NAHREP members nationwide.
