5. The most important tip for real estate photos is using the proper photographic equipment! You’ll need a digital camera, of course (preferably one capable of shooting 11 megapixels or more), but a full-frame, wide-angle lens is essential as well, along with a strobe and tripod.

4. Shooting photos of interiors must include the proper staging of each room, with excellent lighting and no clutter; also, photos must always focus at the wall angle.
