Pre-leasing has started at The Mitchell, the first residential tower in the $5 billion Centennial Yards mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta.  

Standing 19-stories tall, the luxury high-rise features 304 apartments and is located near Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena and several MARTA stations. 

The new mixed-use development is part of the first phase of Centennial Yards, the 50-acre redevelopment of previously underutilized land downtown that’s burying existing rail lines under new city blocks. 

Centennial Yards will ultimately offer eight million square feet of commercial and residential space, including four million square feet of retail, entertainment, office and hotel space, 2,000 new residences and public spaces for outdoor gatherings. 

Rent at The Mitchell ranges from $1,450 for a 434-square-foot studio to $5,753 for a 1,549-square-foot three bedroom. Some units offer walk-in closets, balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Mercedes-Benz Stadium and downtown. Amenities include a rooftop pool with event lawn, fitness center, co-working space, club lounge, pet spa and ground-floor retail.
