Helen Nguyen, Realtor

Point Honors & Associates

In 2015, after studying business in college, Helen Nguyen decided it was time to pursue her dreams of being in real estate. Now she serves the Metro Atlanta market as a Realtor with Point Honors & Associates, as well as the Vice President of the Atlanta Metro Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA).

While she is a Certified Millennial Expert, focusing on first time millennial buyers, as well as a New Home Selling Expert, Nguyen is dedicated to helping all of her clients – buyers, sellers or investors – with a variety of needs. She is fluent in Vietnamese, and works closely with the Vietnamese community to help prospective buyers who aren’t familiar with the American housing market and the real estate process.

Within the past year, Nguyen ranked as her brokerage’s top producing agent and generated enough sales to become a member of the NAMAR’s Million Dollar Club. “I think the key to my success lies in earning my client’s trust, respect and friendship through my work,” she says, adding that receiving referrals and additional business from past or current clients is the greatest compliment she can get. “I do my best for each and every one of my clients and my business just grows naturally from there.”

As the current Vice President of the Atlanta Metro Chapter of AREAA, Nguyen has played a fundamental role in promoting the organization’s mission to provide sustainable housing to the local Asian American Pacific Islander community. “I am proud to be a part of my AREAA family of 39 chapters and more than 17,000 members across the U.S. and Canada,” she says. “My goal is to connect our local Atlanta Metro chapter with other real estate organizations in Atlanta. Together, we can work together to build a solid, reliable network of real estate professionals, and bring the most benefits to our clients and consumers.”

Nguyen is also a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals, the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and the Georgia Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce.
