Chrissy Neumann, Realtor

Ansley Atlanta

Before becoming a Realtor 16 years ago, Chrissy Neumann worked in the merger and acquisitions unit at Bellsouth, an experience that gave her advanced training in marketing and the ability to seek out a company’s best attributes, all skills similar to the ones she relies on daily in real estate.

“We love what we do because we don’t have to limit ourselves to a certain type of client,” Neumann says. “Our marketing spans all ages, price points and areas.” She says the idea is to become so familiar with the area and her clients that she can service any and all of the needs they may have. “If they are looking to move into a bigger home or find more yard space, we can do that. If your children have all moved on and you want to downsize into a townhome, we can do that, too.” The strategy has paid off. In 2017, her team ranked No. 1 at Ansley Atlanta.

In the past year, her biggest accomplishments were taking an entire week off with her family, free from her phone and other wireless devices, and her team listing the most gorgeous home for $2.7 million.

She considers Atlanta “the biggest smallest city” and enjoys connecting people. “Everyone talks about low inventory,” she says. “I pride myself in knowing who may consider selling and connecting them with someone who is considering buying and finding them their dream home that is not actually in the MLS.”

She says that Ansley Atlanta’s marketing is the best in the business. “We do what every agent is doing, just at an enhanced pace. We use the Internet and social media sites to target exactly the buyer we are looking for.” A proud moment came when she was two weeks away from listing a property and decided to put it on Ansley’s social media site. “It had 40,000 views in 24 hours, and we sold it before it ever listed,” she says. “We still do print and magazine advertising, as we still think it’s valuable.”

Neumann’s husband is her business partner. They have five children and love spending time together as a family, watching the kids play basketball, baseball, football, cross country and more.
