My Home Communities has opened sales at Statham Place, its new 36-home community in Statham. 

Residences are priced from the $300,000s and come in eight floorplans with ranch and two-story configurations. 

Properties come on large homesites, and there are several quick move-ins under construction, the Atlanta-based homebuilder said. Features include granite countertops, nine-foot main ceilings and stainless-steel appliances. USDA financing is available.
