Trained to give the best first-class service ever, Toni Itkin’s experience as a flight attendant for Eastern Airlines prepared her for a thriving career in real estate.
“I strive to treat my clients with great respect and let them set the pace and tone for the process while giving them guidance along the way,” says Itkin, a Realtor and real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “I let them tell me the whys and wants, and what they ultimately expect at the end of the journey.”
Named a 2017 Top 5% Producer by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, a 2017 Top 1% Producer by International Coldwell Banker and a recipient of the 2014 Crystal Phoenix Award by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, Itkin mostly serves the luxury market. But she enjoys working with clients’ families and friends who may have a very different criteria and price point. “I always love being the family Realtor and working with personal referrals,” she says. “It’s my lifeline.”
A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors, Itkin serves buyers and sellers in Buckhead, Vinings, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, MidTown, Ansley Park, East Cobb, Marietta, Dunwoody, Decatur, Emory and Druid Hills.
“I never assume that I know what the client is thinking,” she says. “I ask them a lot of questions.”
She has become successful by regularly networking with other agents, utilizing the marketing platform of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and her own website, which has been a game-changer. “It has a global reach and showcases my seller’s listings while helping buyers find properties via the IDX and Neighborhood Information tabs,” she says. “I hire the best photographers to capture the unique features of my listings and create lifestyle videos that also use aerial and drone views to show each and every property at its best and complete vantage point.”
Itkin started her career at Buckhead Brokers 26 years ago — it was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage — and was named Rookie of the Year. Decades later, she’s still with them. “They treat me very, very well,” she says. “And who doesn’t want that?”
A supporter of Best Friends Animal Society and Cobb Humane Society, she enjoys cooking for friends and listening to good music.
