Since her days driving around the northern Atlanta metro area and knocking on doors of local FSBOs, Marsha Sell has consistently lived up to her name. With nearly five decades of real estate experience throughout Atlanta, Sell continues to impress clients with her professionalism, sensitivity and “never give up” attitude. A broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and Certified Residential Specialist, Sell works with residential buyers and sellers from all demographics and income brackets throughout North Atlanta.

Prior to real estate, Sell held positions in the finance, steel, advertising and architecture industries. However, during her own house hunt, she was inspired to transition to a career with unlimited growth potential. “I know how hard it is to move, so I can really put myself in my clients’ shoes and empathize with their experience,” she explains, noting that she sets expectations upfront to eliminate surprises and maintain her clients’ trust in her and confidence in the process.

Earning her real estate license in 1973 and broker’s license in 1975, Sell has received every Phoenix award available through the Atlanta Realtors Association and reigns as the first agent in the association’s history to win the Sapphire Phoenix award, for ranking as a top producer for 45 consecutive years. “I was blessed to start my career with a broker who drove me around our market area in North Atlanta for the first two weeks I worked for him and taught me about real estate and outlined what I needed to do to become a success,” she says.

Since 1999, Sell has worked side by side with her business partner, Keith Grogan. Carl Sell, her husband of 52 years, has been a part of her team and manages the operation’s financial responsibilities. “He jokes and says, ‘I let her take all the credit, and I take all the checks!’”
