Atlanta’s Tricia Jenkins Quidley, a Realtor with Ansley Real Estate, is a native of our bustling region who brings a world-class passion and attention to detail to her work with buyers, sellers and relocation clients across every type of residential property in the area.
“I grew up in Brookhaven, and I raised my kids in Alpharetta and Johns Creek. After my oldest went off to college, I was looking for a new career path, and someone suggested I would make a great real estate agent,” Quidley says. “I sold my first house in 2017, and I’ve never looked back — real-estate is a natural fit for me.” As a former Spanish teacher, Tricia brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an academic level of detail and collaboration to her role as an agent.
“My clients say I’m very communicative and responsive,” Quidley notes. “They can trust that I know every area of Atlanta, that I’m a strong negotiator and that I’ll help them navigate multiple-offer situations.” A member of the Atlanta Realtors Association, she’s ranked today in the top 10% for volume and sales. In the face of global uncertainty and the ever-changing real estate market, Quidley does what she does best — rise.
“I have very strong intuition and the ability to connect with everyone I work with,” she declares. “I like to use humor to make this process fun, while also educating and empowering my clients.”
People-focused and proud of her own perseverance, Quidley is now enjoying the fruits of her labor — watching her own growing children achieve their goals and reflecting on the career she found in her mid-40s. “My mom was an Atlanta tour guide,” she says, “and I am following in her footsteps as I share my love of Atlanta with clients making their homes in this great city.”
