The Level Up Real Estate Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties is a highly accomplished group of Realtors with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. They are always up for the challenge at hand.
“We have so much experience with new construction, general resales and land; we are able to give very sound guidance to our clients,” says award-winning Realtor Chuck MacPhee, who leads the team with Alexandra French.
The team, which includes Mark Barry, Ofer Ayal, Brandon Opitz and Jennifer Fleury, believes in serving every person, every price point and every community throughout Atlanta. From first-time to luxury buyers and sellers, investors, builders and resale properties, they handle it all and have sold more than 1,200 homes.
MacPhee and French bring a lifetime of experience with them. “We absolutely love what we do as a team and often it doesn’t feel like work. We truly eat, breath, sleep real estate and want to push ourselves to the best of our abilities,” French says.
MacPhee grew up in a real estate family—his mother was a Realtor and his father a home builder.
“At 8 years old, I would accompany mom on showing appointments and stuff envelopes for marketing campaigns,” he recalls. “At 10, I was driving bulldozers and helping clear land for my dad’s developments.”
After college, he worked in consulting and for a large national home builder before returning to his true calling: residential real estate. “I come from a finance and information technology background so I can really dive into the data and give clients thoughtful advice on not only the data, but the overall transaction in general,” he says.
An Atlanta native, French worked for a real estate investor while living in Israel after college. She fell in the love with the industry, returned to America and earned a real estate license.
“I love exploring the different neighborhoods, learning the history of how those neighborhoods were formed and what makes them unique,” French explains.
She and MacPhee both started their careers in 2011, during an economic downturn, proving to themselves and their clients that they can thrive in any market.
